How do we get there?

The Fox Den Wellness is located outdoors at Cross Gables Estate. Address 703 Old Valley Rd Exton PA 19341. Drive down Old Valley Rd, towards the woods. Pull up the 2nd Driveway. Park in the Grass on the left hand side.

What should we wear?

Whatever you are comfortable doing sauna + cold plunge in! Bathing suit OR athletic wear. As fragrance free and make up free as possible. Come dressed & ready to go!

What should we bring?

A water bottle, a towel (rental $2), flip flops, and a change of clothes if desired. Come dressed ready to sauna/plunge and arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to your session.

What is the game plan for the Winter?

We are tweaking our offerings! As of 11/29, we will not fill the plunge tubs (unless an event expressly states otherwise) and we will be offering sauna + natural contrast therapy instead. This will be ice buckets for face dunks/body dumps, aromatherapy ice cubes, and breathing/movement in the crisp air. We will pause on class offerings and will still be doing events, retreats and workshops. The calendar is the best place to go to see what is upcoming!
