How do we get there?

The Fox Den Wellness is located outdoors at Cross Gables Estate. Address 701 Old Valley Rd Exton PA 19341. Drive down the Old Valley Rd, towards the woods. Pull up the 2nd Driveway to park.

What should we wear?

Whatever you are comfortable doing sauna + cold plunge in! Bathing suit OR athletic wear. It is your call but come dressed & ready to go!

What should we bring?

A water bottle, a towel (rental $2), flip flops, and a change of clothes if desired. Come dressed ready to sauna/plunge and arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to your session.
